R-Series: Rotary lobe pumps

These dry running positive displacement pumps have no need for oil or grease in the compression chamber. Only gearbox and bearings, which are separated from the pumping chamber, are oil lubricated. Two non-contacting triple lobed rotary lobe rotors rotate against each other in the compression room.

Rotary lobe pumps can be used in many industrial applications that need coarse or fine vacuum.

Advantages
  • Robust and economical
  • Dry running
  • Modular design
  • Frequency control available

C-Series: Claw vacuum pumps

C-VLR Vacuum Pump Elmo Rietschle

The C-Series dry claw pumps and compressors generate contact-free vacuum or compressed air efficiently and economically. This is possible because of the principle of internal compression. The gas is pre-compressed within the compressing chamber and is then discharged.

The dry claw pumps offer energy saving and high efficiency compared to traditional rotary lobe blower designs without internal compression.

Advantages
  • Dry, contact-free operation
  • Energy efficient design
  • Low sound level
  • Low cost of ownership
